i. Terms of Service.
I keep the right to refuse a commission if it makes me uncomfortable!
I have the right to refuse the request of a commission without the need of an explanation.Wait time is most likely around 2 weeks - 6 months at most after the descriptions and/or references are given to me (this doesn't include time on the waitlist).
You can pay an optional express fee for your commission to take priority. This fee will depend on the quantity of requests at the time.Any mistakes made on my behalf (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc) I will correct free of charge. However if the mistake is as a result of insufficient information, bad reference or not mentioned to me when I accepted your commission, I am not obliged to correct or change anything for you.
ii. Payment.
You cannot negotiate making my commission prices cheaper.
Any attempts to negotiate will be ignored.Prices are doubled for multiple characters.Payment is expressed using $USD via PayPal Business Invoice.Once payment confirmation is received, I will start your order.
I won't start your commision until I have received full payment first.About Refunds.You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.
You may request a refund, if the commission hasn’t yet been started 3 months after ordering.
Money won't be returned after I start the drawing unless I cancel the commission myself or am unable to finish it.
iii. Personal Usage.
The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied nor used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise.
You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.
You may use the commision for any personal usage like profile pictures, etc.
You may not post the original full-sized file online.
You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.
You may print the commission for your personal use (single copy).
iiii. Artist's Rights.
If the commission is a fanart, I will be able to use it for patreon/prints/artbooks etc.
If the commission is your original character, I will only use it as promotion.
If I ever want to use your commission outside of these rules, I will do it only with your permission.I have the right to post the commission online, unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.Unless said otherwise the commission can or will be used for streaming or commercial purposes.
You can pay an optional fee for the commission to remain confidential.I may use your model in my portfolio, only after model has been finished and the vtuber has debuted.
In case the vtuber hasn't debuted the model will be shown as a black shadow to not give details of the appearance.
iv. Commercial Rights
Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.
I retain all rights to the commission, such as distribution, reproduction, and use of promotion.
The Commercial right's fee is 25-50% the price of the commission, depending on the commission itself.Buyer can request Commercial Rights anytime, including after the commission has been finished.
Commercial Rights are not included unless specified.
Live2D Model is an exception, with commercial usage already included by default in the base price.After adquiring Commercial Rights:-The commission may be used in a type of commercial usage that was agreed on.

v. Process
The commission is fully drawn and edited in SAI2.I accept either designing a new character or drawing one based on reference.
Character creation/designing is 150-250USD (including commercial rights).You will receive a screenshot/WIP of each work process (initial sketch, lines, color, final touches). If you agree to proceed to the next step, no changes can be made to the previous step. Otherwise, a revision fee will be applied (20-50USD, depending on the changes).If the file is too big for discord / or you are contacting me via twitter the file will be delivered by private drive link.✔ Girls, "loli" style, cute boys, character design, cleavage, shoujo-ai, fanart✖ mecha, huge muscular men, old people, hentai, yaoi, solo backgrounds, furry/anthro, other artist's style, weapons, armors.
vi. Additional fees
All additional fees are optional. They must be requested by the commissioner after reading these terms if they apply.-Fee for secrecy agreement: The commission won't be shared, teased or streamed in any way without the permission of the commissioner. This fee is 25% of the base price.
-Fee for priority: the commission will be prioritised. The price will depend on the quantity of workload at the time and the expected date of completion. This fee is 50% of the base price.
-Fee for extra content: includes extra sketches for character design, extra art for Live2D models, etc. These are specified in each of their own sections.
-Fee of no reference: if the commissioner doesn't have any drawn/written references. This fee is 50-75% of the base price.
-Fee for commercial rights: Enables the use of the commission in which it was previously agreed on by both the commissioner and the artist. This fee is 25-50% the price of the commission, depending on the commission itself.
